9. Refund & Damaged Product Policy

At KRAFTIZN, our products are handcrafted and may have natural variations in colour, texture, shape, and finish. These characteristics are part of what makes handmade products unique and are not necessarily considered defects.

Damaged Products

We accept refund requests when an item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

1. Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging as soon as you receive the order.
2. Contact KRAFTIZN immediately upon delivery.
3. Send the photographs along with your order number and a brief description of the damage.

We may request additional photographs or information to assess the issue.

Refunds for damaged products are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your request is approved, we will provide information regarding the refund process.

Non-Damaged Products

Unless otherwise stated for a particular product or required by applicable law, KRAFTIZN does not accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, does not like the product, or no longer wants the item.

Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, size, pattern, and finish may occur and are considered a natural characteristic of handmade products.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and relevant photographs or information so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing
